Stacker Style: High Waist, Wide Leg

I bought these pants in 3 different colors and I am not even sorry. I've never been one to do the high-rise thing. (You may remember my first pair of high-risers over here.) After trying on a pair and deciding that I could, in fact, pull it off, I decided to keep the streak alive. So I proceeded to buy these. And then I got them in this color and then this color. I now even own a pair of high waist jeans. WHO AM I? I am not sure, but I feel very cool. Maybe it's the residual effect from my haircut, maybe it's these pants. Likely both. Whatever it is, I'm riding the cool girl wave, and there's no end in sight.

For anyone interested in purchasing these pants, let me tell you about the fit. I have these pants in both a 4 and 2, and I typically wear a size 4 in pants. (The navy in 4 and the other two in 2.)  The 4 is definitely a tad bit roomier, but I like them for days when I just want a comfy, casual look. The legs are a little wider, so I wear them with body-hugging tops vs. looser tees. Because I knew I wanted to purchase more pairs of the pants, I popped into The Lab to compare and contrast. The 2's fit a lot more snug, but still have a nice stretch to them. All in all, I would say that the 2's definitely fit more true to size.
